Discounts

• 15% discount for members of a supporting organisation
• 50% discount for students; for registration a copy of the student ID is required
• Special group discounts for 3 or more contemporaneous registrations from one company;

Cancellation

• Cancellation must be made in writing.
• After 20 September 2011 a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged.
• No refunds after 4 October 2011.
• Up to one week prior to conference an alternate delegate can be named written.
  This transfer is free of charge.
