Discounts

• 15% discount for members of a supporting organisation
• 20% discount for owner of an ISTQB certificate
  Please add a copy of your certificate if you register
• 50% discount for students; for registration a copy of the student ID is required
• Special group discount for 3 or more contemporaneous registrations from one company
• Discounts can not be added!

Cancellation

• Cancellation must be made in writing.
• After 8 May 2012 a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged.
• No refunds after 5 June 2012.
• Up to one week prior to conference an alternate delegate can be named written.
  This transfer is free of charge.
