Fees

Conference days can be booked separately and independent.

All prices are per person excluding VAT (25%).

Prices include

Participation, conference documentation, workshops, lunch, coffee and snacks as well as the networking cocktail event.

Discounts

• 15% discount for members of a supporting organisation
• 50% discount for students; for registration a copy of the student ID is required
• Discounts can not be added!
• Special group discount for 6 or more conference days --> Please contact us at nordic@iqnite-conferences.com. We will be happy to help!

Cancellation

• Cancellation must be made in writing.
• After 30 August 2010 a cancellation fee of 20% referring to the conference fee will be charged.
• No refunds after 13 September 2010.
• Up to two days prior to conference an alternate delegate can be named written. This transfer is free of charge. Participation lasting several days can only be transferred completely. No splits possible! There will be no refund if the alternate delegate will participate fewer days than originally booked.
