Fees/Terms and Conditions

All prices are per person excluding VAT (21.5%).

Conference TBA

Prices include

• Conference proceedings, all refreshments during breaks and lunch.

Discounts

• 15% discount for members of a supporting organisation
• 50% discount for students; for registration a copy of the student ID is required
• Discounts can not be added!

Cancellation

• Cancellation must be made in writing.
• After 23 April 2010 a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged.
• No refunds after 7 May 2010.
