Conference review, 27 - 30 April 2010

The software quality management and software testing community came together for the fifteenth time at the 2010 iqnite Germany in Dusseldorf.

Experts and experienced users gave papers on subjects such as Agile Testing, Test Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Metrics, and Model-based Testing. The 2010 top keynote speakers were Gilbert van der Heiden (Gartner), Volker Wilhelmi (Daimler), Manfred Klunk (Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Bayerns), Prof. Christian Johner (Institut für IT im Gesundheitswesen), Dr. Bill Curtis (CISQ), Detlef Exner (DB Systel), Monish Mishra (Wipro), and Rudolf van Megen (SQS) as well as the new presentation method “Pecha Kucha”.

In addition to the presentations, the delegates had the opportunity to get detailed information about tools and services directly from the various vendors at the exhibition during the conference.

We would like to thank all the delegates, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and the members of the Programme Committee, who have contributed to the success of this year’s event.

Next year this established conference will take place from 25 to 27 May. Expected for this summer the Call for Papers will be published.
