Prof. Andreas Spillner, University of Applied Sciences Bremen

Since 1979 Prof. Dr. Spillner is working in the area of software development and testing – in praxis as well as in research. He studied computer sciences at the technical university of Berlin and did his doctorate at the University of Bremen. Since 1993 he is working at the University of Applied Sciences of Bremen as a lecturer for software engineering (focusing quality assurance and programming).

Prof. Spillner is foundation member of the German Testing Board incorporate society and was founder and spokesman of the section “Test, analyse and verification of software” of the association for computer sciences (GI) (1990-2003). He is a member of the ASQF advisory board and head of the ASQF section “Software testing North”. 2007 he was announced for “GI-Fellow”.
