Peter Heller, Airbus

Peter Heller is Head of Product and Process Assurance for airborne Systems, Airbus Germany. He started 20 Years ago to build up the area of airborne Software Assurance and defined in the meantime the task of complex Hardware and System Assurance.

As Co-Chair of the international Working group SC205/WG71 is he working together with worldwide accepted experts to define the new DO178C.
He studied in Karlsruhe telecommunication engineering and at 1978 he began to develop the first Microprocessors and Synthesizer for the Avionic-world and the related relevant SW for. The safety aspects and the relevant requirements for the SW-Programming didn’t let him go again. As he had the chance to start inside Airbus he improved his knowledge and started to define relevant processes inside Airbus.
