Conference days can be booked separately. All prices are per person excluding GST (10%).
Credit card payments will attract the following fees: MasterCard/Visa 2.5% | American Express 3%.

Prices include

• Attendance, workshops, access to conference documentation, refreshments during breaks and lunch as well as the drinks reception.

Discounts

• 15% discount for members of a supporting organisation
• 50% discount for students; for registration a copy of the student ID is required
• Special group discounts for registrations from one company for 6 or more days;

Cancellation

• Cancellation must be made in writing.
• After 6 September 2011 a cancellation fee of 20% referring to the conference fee will be charged.
  No refunds after 20 September 2011.
• Up to one week prior to conference an alternate delegate can be named written. This transfer is free of charge. Participation lasting several days can only be transferred completely. Splitting is not possible. There will be no refund if the alternate delegate will participate fewer days than originally booked.
